Attorney Chris Duren is an experienced litigation and real estate attorney with a long-standing legal career spanning Wisconsin and Arizona. Throughout his professional journey, Chris Duren has built extensive expertise in civil litigation, real estate law, and business transactions, while also expanding his practice into family law and corporate legal services across multiple jurisdictions.
Chris Duren began his legal career after earning his JD from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1997, where he was a member of the nationally recognized trial team. He also holds a BA in Behavioral Science and Law from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, providing him with a strong academic foundation in legal reasoning and behavioral analysis.
From 2003 to 2023, he also served as founder and supervising attorney of Wisconsin Title Group, LLC. He oversaw residential and commercial real estate closings throughout Wisconsin, managed title examinations, ensured compliance with RESPA regulations, and supervised company operations.
In 2025, he joined Pemberton Personal Injury Law Firm as a litigation attorney. He represents clients in litigation and pre-litigation cases in the State of Wisconsin.
